Plugins I use for sublime text are below:

A File Icon
Auto-Save
ColorHelper
Emmet
Less>Css
Package Control
Sublime Linter
View In Browser
Auto-Prefixer
Color Picker
Sublime Server

I have auto prefixer set to off because of auto save. I use it at the end of every project. Also Color Picker and Color Helper are great for a color selection tool. They both work together and if you read the documentation you can see that. I have linters for almost everything. View in browser is a great tool for viewing your work but I prefer sublime server over "view in browser" simply because it's setup on localhost and you don't have to use a command prompt or git bash just to view the file.

You can setup the localhost via directly from sublime text and it's very easy to use. I use a bigger version of the default font too.
